However, the display of the images on your personal monitor depends on the quality and settings of the latter, as well as on the characteristics of the video card. III. Availability of the Products
III. 1 The products are available as long as they can be viewed on the website and they are not labeled SOLD or BOOKED.

IV. Delivery of the Products
IV.1 The Client will be contacted within 24 hours since the order was placed, in order to confirm it and establish delivery details.
IV.2 As a general rule, the term for the delivery of products purchased via our website is of maximum 7 days since the order was confirmed. Under special circumstances, ELITE ART GALLERY reserves the right to extend the delivery period.
IV.3 ELITE ART GALLERY will consider the first order placed via the website. The first client to notify EAG of his/her intention to purchase a work will be, to this end, granted priority. Should two or more clients express their interest in the purchase of the same work, the first come, first served principle shall again apply, as the date and the hour when the order was registered shall prevail.
IV.2 As a general rule, the term for the delivery of products purchased via our website is of maximum 7 days since the order was confirmed. Under special circumstances, ELITE ART GALLERY reserves the right to extend the delivery period.
IV.3 ELITE ART GALLERY will consider the first order placed via the website. The first client to notify EAG of his/her intention to purchase a work will be, to this end, granted priority. V. Return and Return Policy
V.1 You can return the product or the products you have purchased online and have paid for within 20 days as of its/their receipt. You are entitled to such a return if:
a) You were delivered a product, other than that you have ordered.
b) The difference between the image of the product in the shop and that you received is obvious and can be proved. This also applies in the case of differences in color, but not in that of differences in shade.
V.2 Should one of the aforementioned situations apply to you, you have the following options:
a) We will refund the amount disbursed, standing for the value of the product. However, you must check the content of the package received in the presence of the courier. Should the product be damaged, please mention this on the transport form and signal the issue to the Damaged Products Office. In the event that the package is obviously damaged, we advise you to decline its receipt. Otherwise, any further claim shall not be considered.
b) You may choose to receive another product, of an equivalent value.

a) The reason for its return is subjective and is not linked to the characteristics or quality of the product.
